Menu prices are starting estimates and may change based on guest count, menu selections, market-priced ingredients, venue access and service requirements. Buffet pricing is based on a minimum of 50 guests for weddings, quinceañeras and social events. Corporate menu pricing is based on a minimum of 15 guests. Delivery, staffing, rentals, china, linens, beverages, desserts, sales tax and service charges are not included unless specifically listed in the proposal. A 25% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement reserve the date. Final menu, guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days before the event. Dietary accommodations are available with advance notice.
